60-minutes of moving & stretching each week using the acronymn F.A.C.E. to  build your:
  • Flexibility & mobility
  • Aerobic & cardiovascular fitness
  • Carry a load/strength (by lifting a weight e.g. your body weight &/or dumbbells)
  • Equilibrium (improving balance, co-ordination & agility)

Get & stay fit, build strong bones, strengthen your muscles, develop balance, and feel nimble & mobile as you age with health & vitality

Modifications for all exercises allowing movement & stretching at your pace
  • In-person: locations: Toodyay & surrounds
  • Online via Microsoft Teams - join from anywhere 🌏

Jane is a qualified PE teacher & YMCA gym instructor with a BSc in sports science & physical education 

NB. The acronym F.A.C.E. is a term used by Dr Vonda Wright, orthopaedic surgeon & sports scientist in her mid 50s focused on healthy aging & vitality for women. I love her work & what she is sharing with the world to support health & wellbeing for older women ​
