Would you like a calm space to ground & re-centre yourself? Enjoy guided meditations, tools and discussions in these weekly personal & spiritual growth classes.
ONLINE class: Sundays 8-9am (WA time)
TWO ROCKS class: Tuesdays 5.45-6.45pm
$5.50 per class
Jane has a diploma in mentoring, coaching & facilitation, and is an accredited meditation facilitator with Meditation Australia.

What will I learn over the 4 weeks?
You will learn a variety of meditation & mindfulness practices to help calm body & mind, increase clarity, feel more relaxed & deepen body, mind, soul connection.

  • Two Rocks Course (Thur 6.15-7pm): 10th, 17th, 24th & 31st March
  • Online (via Zoom) course (Sat 9-9.45am) 5th, 12th, 19th & 26th March
